• Will I receive an itinerary for my trip?
    • We will send you a detailed itinerary about a week or two before you depart with all of the components of your trip that we have either booked for you or you have sent to us so you will have everything conveniently in one place.  You can see a sample itinerary here.  We will include a pdf version that you can use to print anything out that you will need to bring with you as well as a version that can be viewed online and/or on your smartphone by downloading the itinerary app.  The app also includes an option to download the itinerary to your phone so you don't have to worry about being online in order to see it.  
  • How will I be able to get in touch with you throughout the planning process or while I'm traveling? 
    • You can call us at (303) 325-3567 anytime during normal business hours.  If we do not answer, please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  Our business line does not accept text messages at this time.  Due to the rising number of spam calls these days, we do not tend to answer or return calls when a message isn't left unless we know the number.  Our goal is to return calls within 24 hours unless it is a time-sensitive issue.  If you call after business hours, we will typically get back with you the next day unless you are calling about a time-sensitive or urgent issue.  If you are traveling, we will provide you with both of our cell phone numbers.  We ask that you reserve the use of those numbers only for urgent or time-sensitive in-travel situations.  Texting us on our cell phones is preferred.  Although we will communicate through many different means, and will likely respond to you the same way you reached out to us at first, we prefer to communicate mostly through email, and will likely do most our communicating with you that way. 
  • How does working with you work?
    • Once we have your trip booked and all the way through until you return, we will be available to answer your questions and help however we can to make your trip go as smoothly as possible. 
    • Each booking works a little differently depending on what you are looking to have us help you with.  In general, there are two main types of bookings - escorted or what we call pre-packaged, and independent.    
      • Escorted or Pre-packaged Trips (cruises, guided tours, all-inclusives) 
        • Our focus here is on finding the right option that checks off the most boxes and fits you best.  The majority of your trip is booked all at once and through one supplier.  
        • We do not charge an upfront planning fee for these types of trips in many cases, and we will work with you to fill in the other components of your trip that aren't included as part of the overall package.
        • If airfare is not already included as part of an offered package, we will send you any information that we have about sales for your destination if applicable or any offers we can find through our air consolidators that may save you money over booking direct.  However, we will typically charge a fee to book your air in these cases.    
      • Independent Trips
        • These are trips that are completely independent, and every aspect of the trip is under your control.  We will provide you with recommendations, and book what you want based on your choices.  There may be a bit more of a back-and-forth process with these types of trips until we figure out what will be the best fit for you.  
        • Our main focus on these trips is airfare and accommodations first.  Once we have that in place, we will fill in the rest of the trip until we have everything you want set up for your trip.  
        • We usually charge an upfront fee for these types of trips because of all of the planning that will need to go into it. 
        • We prefer to book as much of your trip as we can, but you are also free to take our suggestions and book on your own.  
        • If we don't book a part of your trip, we cannot help you manage that component of the trip.  We may ask that you book something directly with the vendor in some cases if we feel it will be in your best interest to do so.
